Project coordination and management - Objective:
WP7 overall objective is to lead and coordinate the project by providing a clear management structure and procedures to ensure the effective management and technical coordination of the project, building strong communication with the consortium and external interactions. - Description:
BIOservicES will be managed by a project coordinator (UPCT) assisted by the Technical Administration Office of UPCT, and a project manager (UPCT). The project coordinator will be in charge of partners coordination and general project development. The project manager will be in charge of administrative and legal management.
